Quality Striping & Sealing began serving Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland in 1994. Wayne Young founded the company after many years of shadowing professionals in the field. Wayne’s passion for striping and pavement maintenance began at the young age of 10. Working with his grandfather, Wayne Young completed his first striping job and instantly knew where his passions lay. Years later, at the age of 15, Wayne applied for a job at another company that offered striping and sealcoating services. However, because he wasn’t 16, he couldn’t be out on the field completing jobs. Instead, he learned the ropes from the boss, accompanying him as he assessed pavement and developed project estimates. This experience would prove fruitful, giving Wayne the skills to run a successful and reliable business. At 16, Wayne began running a paint machine and has never looked back. Wayne Young established Quality Striping & Sealing decades ago but remains enthusiastic and passionate about the job, operating his own equipment while providing clients with quality work at reasonable rates.
