History & Mission

Quality Striping and Sealing Company was established in 1994 by Wayne Young. Wayne has always wanted to own his own business. Working with his grandfather, who also did striping, Wayne worked on his first striping job when he was 10 years old and from that moment, he knew what he wanted to do. When Wayne was 15 years old he applied for a job with another company doing sealcoating and striping, however the owner said he had to be 16 years of age to be employed with them, so instead of going out on the actual jobs, he rode around with the boss and got familiar with looking at work and learning how to estimate. After learning a little about pricing jobs, he began running a paint machine at 16 and from there, he has been doing it ever since. Now at 45, Wayne operates his own pavement maintenance equipment and is very enthusiastic in giving his customers quality work at reasonable rates.
